How is Adult Signature Required Used? For an additional $4.95 you can request to have your shipment sent with the Adult Signature Required option so that only an adult can receive your package.

UPS (800) 742-5877 uses UPS GroundTrac and AirTrac labels. Shipments with GroundTrac and AirTrac labels receive an origin, destination, and delivery scan. You can track your in-transit package, by entering your tracking number in Package Tracking. Delivery scan information is available within minutes after delivery.

Returning Defective or Wrong Merchandise If you wish to return defective or wrong merchandise, be sure to insure it for full value in case of loss in transit while it is being shipped back to Be sure to require a signature as proof of return delivery. Always carefully pack the return merchandise so that it is not broken in transit.

Please be advised, has a limited return policy for merchandise purchased from our website. A purchaser may only return DVD purchases if they meet any of the following criteria:

1) Purchaser received the wrong title.
2) The DVD you received is physically defective.

Requests for a return of merchandise for any other reasons not set forth above will not be accepted. All returns must be made within four (4) weeks from the date that you received your shipment. Please return all original packaging and accessories when returning the item. DVD movies are not refundable, but can be returned within four (4) weeks for a replacement of the same item or item of comparable value. The sooner we receive your shipment the sooner we can re-ship back to you. Here are the steps to follow to exchange products.
